Studio Visits & Licensing

Do you ever do tours of your studio?
We have all sorts of people coming through here, from college art students & elementary kids, to visitors walking in off the street. The studio can be a little daunting, but once you get that it’s all about playing with ideas & paint & people, it’s pretty easy to have fun. There always seems to be an interesting conversation, or two, going on.

If you’d like to set up a studio tour, just give us a call at 1.866.564.4552 & we’ll figure out a good time to fit that into the schedule.

Do you ever donate stuff to non-profits?
A large part of what we do is building community: sharing our stories, diving into the world & taking on the stuff that we see missing, believing in the people who are making a world that works for everyone.

In the past couple of years, we’ve raised over a quarter of a million dollars for AIDS research, 9/11, & abused women & children’s shelters , among others, with the work that we produce. We consider it one of the gifts of what we do.

If our work can help you make a difference, we’d love to hear about it. Give us a call, or email TheCrew@storypeople.com to see what’s possible.

I'd like to use a StoryPeople quote in a new book I'm writing. What do I need to do to get permission for that?
We’ll need a written request for use of the quote (so we can put it in our files). Once we take a look at what you’re up to, we’ll send you a release (so you can put it in your files). We’ll want attribution & a copy of the published book, or piece. All of it’s pretty standard stuff.
